The firm boasts a remarkable team of over 1,000 attorneys, policy advisors, and professionals spread across 33 offices, serving clients across a spectrum of more than 100 practice areas. In 2023, the American Lawyer ranked Nelson Mullins as the 68th largest law firm in the nation, based on its 2022 gross revenue. Recognizing that their achievements are deeply intertwined with the talent and dedication of their workforce, Nelson Mullins is committed to providing a comprehensive and competitive benefits package tailored to the needs of their attorneys, staff, and their respective families.
Wingard Graphics engaged in close collaboration with Nelson Mullins' HR group to centralize their benefits content within a newly designed, all-encompassing website. Our design and development approach focused on aligning with the existing style of the firm's website. We adopted minimalist layouts, employed iconic elements, and utilized contrasting colors to enhance section separation for effortless content discovery. The website undergoes routine updates annually during the enrollment period, facilitated by an extensive yet user-friendly site administration system.
